A gorgeous combination of an energising yoga flow class followed by a cold pressed juice from Urban Health. There’ll be a selection of these amazing juices there on the day to either take home or stay in studio for the post yoga chats!
The yoga practice will focus on twists and backbends to boost circulation, digestion and energy - a complete reset for the body!
